About the Event

We believe in honest dining and neighborly hospitality. Our tasting menu highlights the freshest local produce, making for an authentic and unforgettable dining experience. When you arrive, you'll be greeted with a welcome drink and invited to explore the vineyard. We then gather everyone for a relaxed walk and tour, sampling wines or soft drinks along the way. By the time we sit down at the communal table, you'll feel like old friends. The shared plates and lively conversations create a warm sense of intimacy and community. Our 4-course meal is served family-style, encouraging guests to pass dishes and interact with one another. The beautiful outdoor setting, free from distractions, only enhances this connection.

Tasting Menu

4-Course Tasting Menu with Over 8 Different Dishes + Welcome Drink

We start with small dishes, including raw or preserved vegetables, freshly baked bread, and a delicate broth. This is followed by a progression of larger plates and concludes with an assortment of desserts. Our talented chef, Andy, brings his unique culinary flair to the table, blending Asian styles and flavors with the best of Mallorcan products.

Menu:

Start:

  • Sourdough bread made with local xeixa flour
  • Garden herb butter
  • Baba Ganoush
  • Mallorcan olive oil and olives
  • Local cheese

Main:

Tiger Salad | Crisp zucchini, peppers, cucumber, onion, and cilantro, all brought together with a zesty lemon dressing.

Peach Salad | Juicy peach slices, ripe tomatoes, fresh lettuce, and creamy queso fresco, lightly dressed with olive oil, salt, and basil.

Crispy Rice | Golden, crispy basmati rice, paired with fresh herbs, yellow pepper, and cherry tomatoes, finished with a tangy garlicy dressing.

Tumbet |A medley of summer vegetables, including aubergine, zucchini, and tomatoes, layered with rich olive oil and oregano.

Squash Roll |Tender squash, wrapped in fig leaves, accented with olive oil and a hint of orange.

Dessert:

  • Delicate almond cake, adorned with crunchy almond pieces.

As our gathering is hosted outdoors, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent for your comfort.

Capacity

Minimum 10 people, and maximum 30 people.

Things to Note

  • A minimum of 10 guests is required to proceed. Notification will be given 2 days in advance if cancellation is necessary.

  • Cancellations made more than 3 days in advance are fully refundable.
  • Wine is not included (just soft drinks and welcome drinks); you can purchase wine during the experience.
  • Dogs are not allowed (only because we have chickens on site).
